Мониторинг насаждений проводился в маточных, коллекционных и селекционных садах отделов питомниководства и селекции плодовых культур. Оценена встречаемость Plum pox virus (PPV), Prune dwarf virus (PDV), Prunus necrotic ringspot virus (PNRSV), Peach rosette mosaic virus (PRMV). За данный период было протестировано 575 образцов (151 различный сорт, форма, гибрид), в том числе 67 образцов вишни, 138 – черешни, 109 – сливы, 71 – алычи, 77 – персика, 35 – абрикоса, 3 – миндаля, 20 – подвоев сливы, абрикоса, персика, 55 – подвоев вишни, черешни.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Laboratory studies (ELISA) were carried out in the biotechnology department of the Republican Unitary Enterprise ‘Institute of Fruit Growing’ during 2018–2024. Monitoring was conducted in mother orchards, breeding collections, and selection gardens of the fruit crop nursery and breeding departments. The occurrence of Plum pox virus (PPV), Prune dwarf virus (PDV), Prunus necrotic ringspot virus (PNRSV), and Peach rosette mosaic virus (PRMV) was assessed.
