Author Guidelines

The articles are accompanied by the referral from the scientific institution, the act of the expert commission of the institution where this work was carried out, as well as the review of the Editorial Board of the collection "Fruit Growing".

The article is sent in a text editor Word in electronic form as a separate file. The margins are 2.5 cm on all sides of the sheet. Font size 12, line spacing - single, automatic hyphenation. The volume of a scientific article, including abstracts in Russian and English, literature, tables, figures and captions under them, must be at least 0.35 of the author's sheet (14 thousand printed characters, including spaces between words, punctuation marks, numbers, etc. ), which corresponds to 8 pages of text printed at 2 line spacing (5.5 pages at 1.5 line spacing). The material of a scientific article must be original, not previously published in other publications, and contain research data for at least 2 years.

STRUCTURE OF THE ARTICLE

  1. UDC
  2. Title of the article
  3. Initials and surname(s) of the author(s)
  4. Full name of the institution and its address, e-mail, country
  5. Abstract (abstract, summary in Russian and English), 100-150 words
  6. Keywords
  7. Introduction
  8. Methodology and research materials
  9. Research results and discussion
  10. Conclusions
  11. Literature. The list of cited sources is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus (http://www.vak.org.by), located at the end of the text, references are numbered according to the order of citation in the text, ordinal numbers are written inside square brackets. Links to unpublished works are not allowed.

Articles must be signed by all authors. Manuscripts that do not comply with these requirements are rejected or returned to the author (authors) for revision. The Editorial Board reserves the right to shorten and correct the manuscript in agreement with the author.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
